QUESTIONS
Five Layers is an AI-based B2B software house spun out of the Raven group. It turns consulting solutions that large corporations have already paid for — repeatedly — into licensed AI software those clients keep running after the engagement ends. Six products are in market today across loyalty, brand operations, applied AI, back office, diagnosis and delivery.
Querenz (loyalty and retention at national scale), Mintta (brand operations for multi-market organisations), Pulzen (applied AI assistants and agents in production), Corvana (back office for firms that sell time), Clarity 360 (organisational diagnosis with a measured ROI) and Spectra (spec-driven software development).
Build (product development and experience), Run (infrastructure and compliance), Know (AI and data), Sell (go-to-market) and Hold (corporate support). They are staffed once and inherited by every product, which is why the seventh product costs a fraction of the first.
A consulting firm sells hours and hands over a snapshot that stops improving. Five Layers sells licences to software that keeps the same expertise running every day, measured continuously. It never sells services, so implementation partners never compete with it.
Two customer types: corporations — market leaders at home and multinationals abroad — that want the improvement to keep working after the consultants leave; and services firms that licence the same tools Raven runs its own business on.
Raven is a 375-consultant B2B consulting group operating worldwide. Five Layers is its software house, spun out with its own IP and client contracts. Raven finds and proves the demand inside paid client work; Five Layers productises and licenses it.
Yes. Every product inherits SAML single sign-on and SCIM, an active SOC 2 and ISO 27001 programme, DPAs and GDPR handling, regional data residency, multi-tenant isolation and rehearsed disaster recovery — reviewed once at house level rather than six times.
Spanish, English and Portuguese across the product, the documentation and the support desk, with regional hosting and local contracting through eight legal entities across Europe and the Americas.

A brand in fifteen markets, a firm that cannot see its margin, a process waiting to be automated, a loyalty programme that has to work. One of the six usually starts the conversation.
